This menu is designed to keep you nutritionally balanced and keep your energy levels at peak performance so you can focus on getting the most out of your week. This is a sample menu to give you an idea of what will be included in your meal package. We will also be asking everyone on the retreat to complete their online check-in details which will ask you for any allergies, dietary requirements and food preferences.
We highly recommend that all retreat attendees purchase the food package option. Freds Finca is in a beautiful location, but shops and restaurants will be a taxi ride away. This food package not only works out as a really cost effective option at less that €14 per day, but also is great for bonding with your fellow retreat attendees and mentors during meal time.
